Overall Summary:
The Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking applicants who have experience and knowledge working in a human resources setting. Job duties are as follows:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, learns to enter and process personnel transactions. Searches files and furnishes information to authorized persons. Completes employment entry processes for new employees. Assists with coordinating the hiring process, ensuring all required forms are completed and all clearances are obtained. Receives additional training, as required, to gain full proficiency and experience in all areas.
This position is a part time hourly position not exceeding 29 hours per week.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
