  • Our sales team targets merchant processing accounts primarily in the small and mid-sized business markets (“SMB”).  Current customers are established SMBs spanning the 48 contiguous states.  We serve customers in a wide array of industries, including retail, auto sales and repair, restaurants, professional and personal services, healthcare, contractor service, wholesale, transportation, and lodging



Duties and Responsibilities:




  • This role will be based within the local territory, sales-related overnight travel is not required


  • Close new sales and generate new revenue by adding new merchants


  • Prospect face-to-face with prospective merchants to develop a sales pipeline


    • Update prospective activity daily into an online CRM sales management portal using an iOS based application on an iPad




  • As a contractor-to-hire initially, complete eligibility requirements (details below) to qualify for consideration for acceptance into a full-time salaried (+ commission) position.  Eligibility requirements can be completed in as little as one month


  • As an employee, perform at least eight new or follow-up sales presentations each week


  • As an employee, meet and exceed defined weekly/monthly sales quotas


  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective merchants using an interactive presentation on an iPad Pro


  • Use current experience and contacts for networking and expansion


  • Assist with merchant implementation, setup, and training


  • Maintain productive relationships with merchant base


  • Work as a team with managers, support coordinators, and customer service



Minimum Requirements:




  • Three or more years of face-to-face sales experience required


    • Outside B2B sales experience preferred




  • College degree preferred (although not required)


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel


  • Proficient in the use of an iPad 


  • MAC or PC with scanner and Internet connection (required to participate in online meetings/training, submit sales, and update sales pipeline data)   


  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and automobile 


  • Submit to a background check that may include criminal, education, employment, and toxicology screening 


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Extreme attention to detail


  • Highly proficient in basic mathematical skills



Compensation and Benefits for Individuals who are accepted into a full-time Business Development Advocate position:






    • Starting base salary $34,000 to $75,000 commensurate with experience


    • Commission $25,000 to $100,000+


    • Monthly residual income


    • Bonuses based upon performance monthly, quarterly, and annually

Compensation for Candidates of our Contract-to-Hire Program:






    • Contractor will be paid a weekly commission for every verified merchant presentation and proposal ($60 per presentation, $80 per proposal)


    • Contractor will be paid an additional weekly commission for each new merchant account sold based on a multiple of anticipated profitability up to $10,500 monthly


    • Contractor will become conditionally eligible for a full time salaried position with commission, benefits and residual income after the first month
       





Selling, Sales Related Tools, and Expenses Provided to All Contract-to-Hire and Salaried Business Development Advocates:






    • Proprietary iOS-based interactive sales presentation


    • Customized sales management application and CRM tools


    • Marketing materials, sales collateral, business cards


    • Assigned sales manager and sales coordinator for support and training

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
